    Hi
    I had booked for returns on 19-5-2014 for 9 - 1pm slot. Currently my office shifted from the delivery address and I was waiting in the old address just to submit the package to the dilvery boy from 9 -1pm. There was no call and no response from ur team. Is this your customer service? and even after that when i am trying to call the bangalore office numbers mentioned in the website no one is receiving the call.
    I would say it was a pathetic experience from the Amazon team. Kindly just take back your package as soon as possible.Will never order from amazon and will spread the word also.!

    Your communication is very bad, Impossible to contact your Custyomer service as you don't give the number on the web site. Your call centre should be closed, CALL CENTRE ENGLISH IS BEST SUITED FOR THE UNITED STATES OR AUSTRALIA..

    This is the worst experience I could have with Amazon India. I had ordered an iPhone 6 early to get it on discounted price of 37, 999 for iphone 6 space grey 16 GB
    And today (Oct 23) I receive an email from customer care saying my amount would be refunded and the phone cannot be delivered. There is no reason given. Their online portal is showing tentative delivery date to be Oct 21.

    I do not know if bangalore / hyderabad / chennai office wants to take accountability for this. Because as I see here no one at AMAZON wants to take accountability and want to redirect customer to customer care (who do not know anything) instead of resolving customer's problem.

    Now the same phone on amazon.in is at Rs. 40, 841. Why would I want to pay more for the same phone especially when the amazon site is showing that my order is on track and would reach maximum by Oct 24.
    This is clearly a case of cheating the customer and if the phone is not delivered to me at the price at which I ordered it I would definitely ensure that I share this case study over social media and offcourse would result it in a bad 'word of mouth' publicity.

    I ordered it from Amazon because I though of it as a committed and professional organization but with the whole experience from the mail above, I must say I have lost faith in AMAZON as a trust worthy portal.

    Got cheated by Amazon ..my ordered product that is external hard disk worth of rs3525 ..brought by courier guy by name Ganesh on 19th august 2015...used my debit card for payment as it was COD...but I don't know what these Amazon people did partially amount got deducted from my account after using debit card that is rs2899...
    The courier guy said me that I will get my money as it was some technical problem ..and took back the product ...I trusted and gave that parcel back ..by thinking that Amazon people don't cheat anyone and I will get back my money ...
    After that I complained regarding this at customer service of Amazon ...sent whatever document they have asked me to bring from bank(snap shot of pass book ,snap shot of msg which I got from bank ...snap shot of mini statement from ATM and letter from bank branch manager )... For 1 month I have contacted daily to amazon and visited bank Frequently to get whatever they have asked me ...but still after doing all these also these Amazon people didn't solve this ...
    I didn't get my money ...

    V v disappointed and lost the trust from Amazon ...from that day feeling like these Amazon people are cheaters....

    Amazon is not that bad. I had ordered so many things from amazon and I didn't face any problem. Moreover, once I had to return one good cz of some defect and I had misplaced the outer cover. As stated, I asked for replacement with mentioned time. They took my item as per schedule. Moreover, To my shock I received the replaced item on the very same day. Had a good experience while ordering from Amazon.

    I ordered two redmi note prime phon on 22 feb. one is cash and 2nd is on emi and the delivery date was 27 or 28 feb.in for 27 delivery phone amazone update deliver status in thier system and sent me MSG that sir we are not able to find ur address jst becoz the product return to the seller. and in 2nd case which base on EMI they want my local ID where i want the product. even i told them i m from noida and ur nt provide ur services in noida so i want product my collegies address who leave in delhi. so that phone also on hold for delivery. i continous call amazone customer care bt they always says sir we are here to do help to you . but they did not do anything. i dont understand that waht i am doing for that . i did not get any resolution from amazone. first time a use it and my first tym experience is so bed…plz do needfull help to me..amazone

    Do not ever buy any Food Items like Dry Fruits from Amazon. They have typical habit of becoming good only to customer to please them , but do not support them or care for them.They only support Sellers, theire customer care team either on chat or on phone or on email are well trained to and they will listen carefully all your grievances and ultimately you will find that they have just said sorry to you , and your problem remains unresolved. They even have not cared customer to return or refund bad quality Walnuts .Even if I tell them that if you believe your seller too much and have confidence , then do only one thing, i.e. send someone to taste walnut and then decide ,but they will tell you politely, that is not the policy of Amazon. So you are slave with the policy of Amazon as in any Govt.Organisation.I had a chat for about one hour and I had talk with the person for about one hour , after breaking head and wasting time, you will listen only one answer , that is not as per the policy of amazon. Amazon Policy is for customers as they do not want to support them by solving their grievances.The Policy is only meant for Sellers , who supports them.Amazon India if you are trapped by them to solve any grievances , then they are the last . I have stopped buying from Amazon since last incident in April , otherwise Amazon was my favorite online shopping store. They do not care even if one customer stops buying. I will write a letter to Bangalore Office and if I do not get response from them also, then bye bye to amazon forever.
